Our company was the first ship’s agent in Pakistan to achieve ISO9002 certification. Our company is constantly striving to improve its systems to enable us to provide better, error free service at a lower cost.

Although in business for many years, the trade perception on our company has undergone a dramatic shift in the last 10 years as the company has hired dynamic new personnel, instituted quality procedures and computerized its systems. Almost 80% of our staff have undergone basic computer training at our cost. As part of ISO9002, we maintain a unique in house training program with internal training seminars to prepare the staff to work in the 21st century.
