Vessel Operations

We have one of the strongest Shipping Departments amoungst agents in Karachi. Our Shipping Department has comprehensive knowledge to deal with all types of vessels and all types of situations. Backed by ISO9002 systems, the best trained staff and top level relationships in the ports and marine industry, we can deliver results.

The department is headed by and is capable of attending vessels at Karachi and Port Bin Qasim with experienced, and professional staff to meet our principal's requirements.


We have handled conventional, container, and tramp vessels, including tanker vessels, carrying molasses, chemicals, LPG, and petroleum products in/out from the Port.

Our responsibilities include:

Attend tanker vessels, including co-ordination between Port Authorities and receivers for quick berthing / turnaround. Prepare statements of fact, time sheets, ullage reports and assist Master as per Master's / Principal's requirements.

Attend tanker vessels and supervise cargo discharge by appointing professional, efficient and experienced surveyors on very competitive service charges to arrange proper outturn reports in order to protect owner's interest.

We actively participate in the local trade bodies and organization to be aware of all government tenders and private company requirements so we can furnish leads to our Principals.

We also arrange following services to our principals on most competitive charges.
1. Provide facilities for joining and repatriation of ship's crew.
2. Clearance and delivery of spare parts through licensed custom's clearing agents.
3. Arrange services of professional, experienced and qualified cargo surveyors to attend onboard.
4. Arrange services of competitive ship chandler / supplier.
5. Arrange deck, engine and nautical equipment repair facilities / workshop.
6. Arrange tank cleaning by local private contractors.

Our office is a state of the art communication facility and all senior management is available on mobile phones. They all have the ability to retrieve email and fax messages from the office remotely.


Ports operation

The port operations are personally controlled and supervised by our Senior Manager, Shipping, who has personal relations with senior port authorities and port operation staff and also well known to consignees and receivers. Our operational staff is fully conversant with all formalities and local requirements.
